CM20A Multiple-Stations refrigerant filling system is specially designed for filling refrigerant from ISO tank or storage tank to 10L-100L cylinder,it integrated filling and vacuum functions with Siemens PLC programmer control system, improve production capacity, multiple stations can be customized.
Key Features
1. Integrates vacuum and split filling functions, smart PLC control.
2. Use special booster oil-free compressor, can sub-package various refrigerants like R22/R134A/R410A etc,
3. Suitable for transferring refrigerants from ISO tank or 1000-400L tank to 12-60L cylinder;
4. Transfer speed is fast, 4kg/min for each filling station.
5. Filling accuracy is 0. 5%;
6. Without any loss of refrigerant during transfer process.
7. Daily transfer capacity is 100-300pcs of 13.6L(30lbs) cylinders.
8. Low investment, fast return, compact design is convenient for moving and using.

All the products are passed strict test, and CM Refrigeration provide 12 months guarantee since the date of bill of lading. During this guarantee period, CM Refrigeration provide spare parts without any charge in case of quality discrepancy caused by us. If out of guarantee period, we still can charge the buyer cost price of spare parts and provide Technical Product support for customers.
