Q5: What kind of warranty do we offer?

All the products are passed strict test, and CM Refrigeration provide 12 months guarantee since the date of bill of lading. During this guarantee period, CM Refrigeration provide spare parts without any charge in case of quality discrepancy caused by us. If out of guarantee period, we still can charge the buyer cost price of spare parts and provide Technical Product support for customers.
